Arts Festival Prize Wheel in Pennsylvania
The Valley Arts4All Arts Festival included a Prize Wheel from Dandy Mini Marts. Anyone that colored a page could take a spin on the Wheel.
The two day arts festival is held on the first weekend of May at Riverfront Park in Sayre, Pennsylvania.
Dandy Mini Marts is a family-owned convenience store chain founded specializing in made to order food and drink with 65 locations in Pennsylvania and New York.
