Limited Warranty
All PrizeWheel.com products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.
Warranty Conditions
- This warranty applies only to the original retail customer and is non-transferable.
- Products must be returned freight prepaid in the original packaging or in packaging that offers equivalent protection.
- We will reimburse standard ground shipping costs to and from our repair facility.
- Any unauthorized repair or modification will void the warranty.
- Damage incurred during shipping is not covered by this warranty. Claims for shipping damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Limitation of Liability
Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, time, inconvenience, or any other indirect costs.
Storage Caution
Our products are made of plastic and are not intended for use or storage in environments exceeding 110°F (43°C) for more than one hour. Exposure to high temperatures may cause warping and may void the warranty.
Product Claims
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Failure to report a claim within this timeframe may result in denial.
Returns
We accept returns on non-customized items in resalable condition, subject to the following terms:
- Return authorization is required.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
- Items must be returned in their original or equivalent protective packaging.
