Frequently Asked Questions

Which Prize Wheel should I buy? (Size and Feature Comparison Guide)

Choosing the right Prize Wheel depends on your event needs. We offer four sizes—from compact tabletop models to large floor-standing wheels. Whether you need a portable prize wheel for travel or a high-impact wheel for trade shows, our comparison guide breaks it down and this video will also help you choose.

Choosing the Right Prize Wheel

What sizes do the Prize Wheels come in, and how many slots does each have?

Our Prize Wheels come in four sizes: Small (14", 10 slots), Medium (20.5", 12 slots), Large (31", 12-24 slots), and Extra Large (40", 15-30 slots). You can fully customize the slots to suit your event or promotion. View our comparison guide and video to learn more.

Can I customize the Prize Wheel with my own branding or logo?

Yes! All Prize Wheels are fully customizable. Download our design templates to easily add your logo, brand colors, or messaging to each slot.

Can I add my logo to the Prize Wheel?

Absolutely! All of our prize wheels are designed to be fully customizable, and adding your logo is one of the easiest ways to personalize your display and elevate your brand.

Each prize wheel includes a magnetic center plate and label that makes it simple to feature your logo right at the center of the wheel. The sizes of these magnetic center plates are:

  • 4" for the Small Prize Wheel

  • 5" for the Medium Prize Wheel

  • 8" for the Large and Extra Large Prize Wheels

We also provide free downloadable templates for each wheel size to help you design and print your custom logo or artwork. Once printed, just attach your design to the label and add to the magnetic plate.

You can also customize the individual prize slots, making it easy to match your branding across the entire wheel. Whether you're promoting a company, school, nonprofit, or event, adding your logo is a great way to grab attention and leave a lasting impression.

What’s the difference between table and floor Prize Wheels?

Small and Medium wheels are tabletop models. The Large Prize Wheel is convertible—it can be used on a table or as a floor model with extension legs. The Extra Large model is a floor-standing Prize Wheel.

What is the Lock & Key Game, and how does it work?

Our Lock & Key Game is a high-impact promotional game where participants choose a key and try to unlock a prize box. Only one key opens the lock—great for grand prize giveaways or VIP experiences.

How many keys come with the Lock & Key Game, and can I order extras?

The standard set includes 205 keys (5 winning key + 200 non-winning keys). Additional key sets are available.
