The Prize Wheel was loaded with prizes from Maryland Auto Insurance for In The Streets in Downtown Frederick, Maryland.
In The Streets began in 1983 and has grown to an annual attendance of over 70,000. The festival includes a road race, blocks of themed fun, live music, great food, a craft beverage experience and an afterparty.
